Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains processing, estimated transit times, tracking, customs, address responsibilities, and delivery issues for Montivue Optics orders.

1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment and any required order checks are completed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during major promotions, product launches, holidays, address reviews, or unusually high demand.

2. Delivery Estimates

Standard international delivery is generally estimated at 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs review, peak periods, local-carrier disruptions, weather, and other events outside our control can extend delivery time. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Destinations and Rates

Available destinations, services, prices, and any free-shipping offer are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, order value, product, or campaign. We may be unable to ship certain products to some locations because of carrier, customs, legal, or operational restrictions.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement after dispatch, especially while a parcel is transferred between logistics partners.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

The customer must provide a complete and accurate name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, region, country, telephone number, and email address. Contact support@montivueoptics.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, handling, or customs charges imposed by the destination. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them. Customs clearance and local-authority decisions are outside our control.

7. Split Shipments

Items may ship separately because of inventory location, product availability, packaging, or carrier requirements. Separate tracking numbers may be issued. A split shipment does not create an additional product charge.

8. Delayed Tracking or Delivery

If tracking has not updated for several business days or the order is materially beyond the estimate, contact support with your order number. We may investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. Carrier investigations can require additional time.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Parcels

Report a parcel that appears lost, arrives visibly damaged, or contains an incorrect or incomplete order as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery or the expected delivery date. Include photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage where relevant.

10. Failed, Refused, or Unclaimed Delivery

Additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, failure to collect, unauthorized refusal, unpaid import charges, or parcel abandonment may be charged or deducted from a refund where permitted by law. Contact us before refusing a parcel.

11. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including customs, carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, public-health measures, labor actions, transportation interruption, governmental action, or regional conflict. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
