Montivue Optics is operated by NAVAZZ GROUP LLC. We do not sell customer names, contact details, payment information, or order information to unrelated third parties in exchange for money.

1. Technologies and Providers

Where required by law, a valid Global Privacy Control signal will be treated as an opt-out request for the browser or device that sends it. The signal might not identify you across different browsers, devices, accounts, or offline records.

5. Essential Processing Continues

An advertising opt-out does not prevent processing needed to operate the website, cart, checkout, payment, fraud prevention, security, delivery, customer support, or legally required transaction records.

6. Verification and Authorized Representatives

We may request limited information reasonably necessary to identify records and protect privacy. Where permitted, an authorized representative may submit a request; we may ask for proof of authorization and confirmation from the individual concerned.

7. Children and Non-Discrimination

We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of children under 16. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer for exercising a privacy right.
