These Terms of Service govern your use of montivueoptics.com and purchases from Montivue Optics, operated by Navazz Group LLC.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may not use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not introduce malware, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or violate the rights of Montivue Optics or third parties.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, measurements, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly due to screens, manufacturing updates, photography, and normal production tolerances.
Montivue Optics sells ready-made eyewear with pre-set diopter options. The products are not individually manufactured using a customer’s prescription unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information and selecting the appropriate product, frame, lens type, and pre-set diopter before completing an order.
4. EYEWEAR AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our products and website content are provided for general consumer and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, examination, or treatment.
Ready-made eyewear may not be appropriate for every person or visual condition. It does not replace an eye examination, professional prescription, or advice from a qualified optometrist, ophthalmologist, or other licensed professional.
Consult a qualified professional if you experience eye pain, headaches, dizziness, sudden vision changes, significant differences between your eyes, persistent discomfort, or uncertainty regarding the appropriate lens power.
Do not use any eyewear in a manner that would be unsafe, including while driving or operating machinery, unless it is suitable for that activity and your vision is clear and comfortable.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversions may be estimates, and your payment provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees.
We may change prices, promotions, and product availability without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where correction is required by law.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout.
6. BILLING AND ORDER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
We may reject, cancel, limit, or request verification for an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized resale, payment disputes, sanctions violations, or misuse of the website.
If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

Any dispute should first be submitted to support@montivueoptics.com so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
